Return and Refund Policy
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
In order to process a return or an exchange, simply start a chat regarding the same by clicking on the chat icon below or contact directly to support@techtoyshub.com for a return authorization.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 1 week of delivery.
TECHTOYSHUB offer easy returns on all orders. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from this website. Item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you and in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused. TECHTOYSHUB reserve the right to deny any return. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in the acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted.
Please make sure you want to buy the items before submitting the order, as we might ask for a valid reason of returning an item.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Please contact our Customer Support team within 1 week of delivery to start the return process. Please include the following information:
Invoice received
Video or photo of the faulty product
Contact telephone number
Video or photo of the defective product is required as a proof in order to refund or replace the product.
We will refund the full amount (Although our payment processor / gateway provider may deduct a small transaction fee) if you have provided all the required documents.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST?
All orders are sent with TECHTOYSHUB insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, lost or sent back without your consent/approval even when you answered ours calls for delivery attempts during the delivery process, apologies! However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured by us, we might send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking or refund the full amount. All this, only after our internal analysis of the delivery which might include tracking our delivery records, attempts made to reach you, etc. is completed.
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PROCESS MY RETURN & REFUND
Refunds will be initiated in 2-3 days after the product is picked up from the given address. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping fees.
If 12 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact at support@techtoyshub.com, We will escalate the matter and refund the amount within 2 business days no questions asked.
